Microsoft Defender for IoT - OT it is licensed through site-based licenses, which can be purchased in different sizes depending on the number of OT devices on each site that you want to include:

Extra Small (XS) - Maximum of 100 devices per site
Small (S) - Maximum of 250 devices per site
Medium (M) - Maximum of 500 devices per site
Large (L) - Maximum of 1,000 devices per site
Extra Large (XL) - Maximum of 5,000 devices per site

Microsoft Defender for IoT - OT site licenses are only available with an annual commitment. Once purchased the license will become available in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center after which you can apply it to your OT plan in the Azure portal.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime. As long as we activate the same subscriptions and quantities in our Marketplace on the day before your agreement expires, the transition will be smooth and without any interruptions. NCE
New Commerce Experience (NCE) is the new contract model introduced by Microsoft. Additionally, there are still "old" Legacy subscriptions in circulation, which can be identified by the absence of the (NCE) abbreviation in the product.
