PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a per-tenant license and can be implemented within the same tenant, but it does not share the same environment as Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce applications. With Customer Insights, you gain a 360-degree view of your customers by integrating data from various sources such as CRM systems, websites, e-commerce platforms, and more.

With Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, you can leverage the following capacities: 10,000 accounts per tenant per month, 100,000 profiles per tenant per month, 4 data injection refreshes per day, 1 production environment, and 1 sandbox environment, as well as Dynamics 365 Customer Voice with 2,000 responses.

If the standard capacity is not sufficient, you can expand it with the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Accounts add-on (for an additional 10,000 accounts) and the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Profiles add-on (for an additional 100,000 profiles). These add-ons allow you to manage and analyze more customer data.

To use Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, you need a minimum of Dynamics 365 Marketing or 20 users with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise or 20 users with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise to meet the requirements for the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Attach license. This license enables seamless integration of Customer Insights with other Dynamics 365 applications, enhancing and streamlining your customer-centric activities.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime. As long as we activate the same subscriptions and quantities in our Marketplace on the day before your agreement expires, the transition will be smooth and without any interruptions. NCE
New Commerce Experience (NCE) is the new contract model introduced by Microsoft. Additionally, there are still "old" Legacy subscriptions in circulation, which can be identified by the absence of the (NCE) abbreviation in the product.
