By adding Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving for Exchange Online as an add-on to Exchange Online, you'll have a powerful solution that allows users' mailboxes to be archived without limitations (unlimited archive/In-Place Archive). This enables your organization to comply with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements for the retention of user mailboxes and emails. Additionally, this add-on includes Legal Hold functionality, allowing you to securely preserve and retain crucial data according to compliance and regulatory requirements.

This add-on is available for Exchange Online Plan 1, Microsoft 365 Business Basic & Standard, and Office 365 Enterprise E1. Furthermore, it is already included in Exchange Online Plan 2, Office 365 E3 and E5, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 and E5.

Please note that not all versions and editions of the Outlook desktop application provide direct access to the In-Place Archive. Refer to the Outlook licensing requirements for more information. Our Office 365 subscriptions (with Office) always include the appropriate version of Outlook, ensuring you can seamlessly leverage the capabilities of the In-Place Archive.

Please review the Outlook license requirements for Exchange features to get an overview of which features are supported in which versions/editions of Outlook. If you purchase an Office 365 subscription with both Office and Exchange Online, you will always have the correct version of Outlook at your disposal.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime. NCE
New Commerce Experience (NCE) is the new contract model introduced by Microsoft.
