Intune Remote Help is an advanced cloud-based solution for secure helpdesk connections, supported by role-based access management. It empowers support agents to remotely connect to users' devices. During the session, they can view the device and, with user permission, take full control to perform configurations. The solution utilizes Intune role-based access management (RBAC) to set support agents' access levels. Trust relationships are established via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for sessions.

Remote Help offers:

  • Enablement for your tenant: Remote Help can be enabled tenant-wide to facilitate secure assistance through your organization. It must be enabled before users can be verified through your tenant.

  • Non-enrolled devices: Assistance for non-enrolled devices can be allowed, though it's disabled by default.

  • Organization sign-in: Both the helper and user need to sign in with an Entra ID (Azure AD) account from your organization. Help is provided only to users within the same organization.

  • Conditional access: Conditional access can be configured for Remote Help, allowing administrators to set policies and conditions, such as multi-factor authentication and region-based access.

  • Compliance alerts: Helpers see warnings about non-compliant devices prior to the session, enhancing transparency and security.

  • Role-based access management: Administrators can establish specific RBAC rules to manage helpers' access and privileges.

  • Monitoring and reporting: In the Intune Management Center, administrators can monitor active sessions and view reports on previous sessions, including duration and assistance details.

  • Enhanced chat: The solution includes improved chat features, including support for special characters and multiple languages.

Requirements: An Intune subscription plus a license for Remote Help or the Intune Suite for IT support agents and users. The app is available for Windows and requires sign-in on an Intune-enrolled helper's device.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime
