Microsoft Teams Essentials is a standalone Teams subscription designed for small to medium-sized businesses who want to use Microsoft Teams while keeping their current email system.

With Microsoft Teams Essentials, you can connect it to your existing email system for an integrated experience. This means receiving all Teams notifications in your existing email inbox, viewing all calendar appointments in Teams, and signing in to Teams using your existing email address (utilizing Azure Active Directory Identity).

Once connected, you can view and respond to scheduled meetings and collaboration invitations both in your mailbox and in Teams. External meeting invitations will also appear in your Teams calendar, regardless of whether the external party uses Microsoft Teams or another platform.

Microsoft Teams Essentials offers all the functionality of Microsoft Teams, similar to Microsoft 365 Business subscriptions, including group video calls with up to 300 participants, group chat, calendar, file sharing, and more.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime
