With the Microsoft Universal Print Additional Capacity add-on, you can add an additional 10,000 print jobs per month to this pool. This allows you to expand your printing capabilities and process more print jobs.

Universal Print is already included by default in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3, E5, and F3, and Windows Enterprise E3 and E5, or it can be purchased as a standalone subscription. Each subscription includes 5 print jobs per month, with print jobs pooled at the tenant level.

The add-on is available for both Microsoft 365 and Windows Enterprise E3 and E5 subscriptions. The subscription is at the tenant level, enabling you to utilize the additional capacity for all users within the organization.

SWITCHING CLOUD PROVIDER

Switching to us as your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is a seamless process. The transfer of subscriptions may vary depending on the agreement you have with your current provider. That's why we ensure that the transition to us is smooth, without any downtime! All you need to do is terminate your current agreement.

Subscription Transfer 
Our approach to subscription transfer is simple and seamless. On the day before your current agreement expires, we will activate the desired subscriptions in our Marketplace. This way, you won't experience any issues during the transition, and there will be no interruption in your cloud services. All you have to do is cancel your current contract to prevent automatic renewal.

No Downtime 
When you switch from your current CSP provider to us, you don't have to worry about downtime. As long as we activate the same subscriptions and quantities in our Marketplace on the day before your agreement expires, the transition will be smooth and without any interruptions. Microsoft automatically adopts our offer of new subscriptions, eliminating the need for you to reassign the subscriptions!

NCE
New Commerce Experience (NCE) is the new contract model introduced by Microsoft. Additionally, there are still "old" Legacy subscriptions in circulation, which can be identified by the absence of the (NCE) abbreviation in the product. With these old Legacy subscriptions, you can switch at any time, unless otherwise agreed with your current provider.
